After the approval of our architectural plans by the city, we hired Coastal Creations for the building phase of our home. We were very pleased with all the highly skilled sub-contractors Coastal Creations hired. They worked on our home tirelessly under Kelly’s management. Having a big project like ours especially during a pandemic was stressful, but Kelly being very organized and meticulous with his work, managed to take the burden off our shoulders. His attention to detail and going out of his way to ensure that we were happy throughout the project goes to show his dedication and love for his work. What we love about Kelly is that he is always available when needed and worked to make sure all our concerns and questions were addressed. He kept us informed about the progress of our home every step of the way. We felt very comfortable throughout the building process. He takes time to check in and see how we are doing even after the completion of our home. In the end, we are very pleased with our beautiful new custom house and we are enjoying every bit of it.

I have tremendous respect and gratitude for the work Kelly did on managing the construction of our dream house. His attention to detail helped prevent any potential problems from manifesting into cost overruns. He was patient with us as we discussed numerous options and potential changes while construction was underway, but always made sure the schedule did not slip. He had a talent of asking us the right questions to get us to continually think about an issue, even after we thought our minds were set. It helped us have no regrets when the construction was complete. Kelly was also very accommodating when we dealt with a difficult family issue during the construction. The friendship we developed gave Kelly the ability to work with the subcontractors and address issues from our perspective while our focus was elsewhere. I am forever grateful in how he managed the construction during this time and consider him a great friend.
